The Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast offers two types of accommodations. We have a gorgeous state room located in the main house. Our relaxing suites are available in the basement area of the home. We are pleased to offer accommodations which feature furnishings dated back to around the time the McCoy House was built (1848). All the while, we still offer the comforts of modern living to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay in Franklin, West Virginia.

Looking for a little adventure? We are a short drive from many hiking trails, rock climbing excursions, scenic destinations, and distilleries. Visiting in the summer? Watch a movie under the stars at our local drive-in movie theater.

After reserving your stay at the Historic McCoy House, we encourage you to explore the unique places to take a sip in Pendleton County. Our guests can book a tasting with local favorites, Dry Run Distillery or Swilled Dog.
Our innkeeper can help you book tastings at any of our local distilleries or tasting rooms.
We will just need 48 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
For room stay cancellations, refund policies are set through the Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast VRBO website/system. If guests need to cancel additional amenities, they may do so seven (7) days prior to their stay to receive an 80% refund on amenity bookings. NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THIS DEADLINE. Cancellation of the Romantic Getaway Package follows the same guidelines with the exception that the cancelled guest is responsible for any fees that may occur from cancellation of tastings that are linked to their Romantic Getaway Package (this is due to the tastings being a specialty add-on). Thank you for your understanding.
