The Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast is the perfect venue for your special event or occasion. This historical home is naturally the perfect environment for your guests to enjoy your celebration. If you choose to rent our space, we can provide decorations and catering. Our staff is available to set up everything and handle the clean up process.

We offer a scheduled tea where community members can purchase tickets to attend. If guests book a stay during our scheduled tea weekend, they are welcome to purchase tickets when booking amenities.*
*Please Note: Tea Gatherings that are open to the community are not the same as a private tea booking.

We are Community Focused
At Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast, we have a goal of uplifting our community. We are excited to offer free seasonal events & open houses, so community members and tourists alike can come to enjoy what our business & property has to offer!

Our popular events inclulding, "A McCoy Old Fashioned Halloween Lawn Party" and our "Christmas at The McCoy House" are favorites in the town. Both events are free admission & offer opportunities for local vendors to participate in fellowship & fun.
The Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast offers two types of accommodations. We have a gorgeous state room located in the main house. Our relaxing suites are available in the basement area of the home. We are pleased to offer accommodations which feature furnishings dated back to around the time the McCoy House was built (1848). All the while, we still offer the comforts of modern living to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay in Franklin, West Virginia.
